WHAT ARE ALLEGRE CANDLES MADE WITH?
ALLEGRE luxury candles are crafted with a premium coconut soy wax blend, cotton wicks, carefully selected high-quality fragrances, and love!
WHY DO YOU USE COCONUT SOY WAX?
We choose to craft our candles with the exquisite pairing of a coconut and soy wax blend because it combines the slow, eco-friendly burn of soy with the superior scent throw and smooth wax finish of coconut, giving you a cleaner, longer-lasting candle.
We use a premium, 100% plant-based coconut and soy wax blend, made from natural, sustainably sourced vegetable oils. The wax contains no paraffin (petroleum), chemical additives or synthetic preservatives. It is non-toxic, biodegradable, and Kosher-certified. Our wax carries no CA Prop 65 warning requirement, has not been tested on animals and is completely cruelty-free.
HOW STRONG ARE YOUR CANDLES?
We create our candles to fill a space beautifully without taking it over. Scent strength can vary by fragrance, room size, airflow, and how long your candle has been burning. Check each fragrance description for more details about its individual scent profile.
WHAT FRAGRANCES DO YOU USE?
We thoughtfully select premium fragrance oils from trusted U.S. fragrance suppliers, chosen for both their beautiful scent profiles and their adherence to established fragrance safety standards.
Our fragrances are carefully selected for candle use and reviewed for applicable safety and ingredient information, including IFRA guidelines and supplier safety documentation. We prioritize fragrance oils that are phthalate-free, cruelty-free, and compliant with California Proposition 65 requirements.
WHAT WICKS DO YOU USE?
Our candles feature high-performance, 100% natural braided cotton wicks that are completely zinc-free, lead-free, and coreless. Specially engineered to self-trim and curl into the flame as they burn, they prevent charcoal buildup and smoke, ensuring an ultra-clean, flawless melt pool from start to finish.
HOW LONG WILL MY CANDLE LAST?
Our 8 oz candles contain approximately 6 oz of coconut soy wax and are designed to provide around 30–40 hours of burn time when properly cared for. Burn time can vary slightly depending on candle size, fragrance, environment, and how you care for it. Following our Candle Care guide will help you get the most beautiful and longest-lasting burn possible.
WHY DOES MY WAX SOMETIMES LOOK DIFFERENT AFTER BURNING?
Coconut soy wax is a natural, plant-based wax, so small variations in texture and appearance can happen. You may notice slight frosting, unevenness after burning, or subtle changes in the surface of the wax. These are normal characteristics of natural wax and do not mean anything is wrong with your candle.
Perfection can be a little overrated anyway.
WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?
Every ALLEGRE candle is poured in small batches in San Diego, California.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY ORDER?
Because our candles are poured in small batches, please allow approximately 2 business days for your order to be prepared before shipping. Shipping times may vary. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order is on the way.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
Shipping times vary depending on your destination and carrier conditions, and delays are more common around the holidays. If you’re ordering candles as a gift, we recommend ordering ahead of time to allow a little extra room for possible USPS delays.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information so you can follow it every step of the way.
WHY IS THERE A SHIPPING CHARGE?
Shipping even one candle within the U.S. typically costs us about $7–$16 in postage alone, depending on the destination. We absorb part of that cost out of our own profit so you aren’t paying the full shipping expense.
The good news? Spend $50 or more and shipping is on us!
